In the month of  August the staff from the Day Center was in vacation and we began our work in September with the weekly group meetings with the teenagers.

September has brought new challenges from which the greatest was accreditation of Herald assistance work. Every NGO in Romania had to prepare a lot of documentation about the work they are doing in order to get an accreditation.

The work of the Center (and the other social programs of Fundatia Herald) was evaluated by a committee formed of professionals in social work appointed by the Government. They have studied the documentation we prepared for them according to the new legislation and afterwards they visited our Foundation and met the workers.

As a result we received their approval to continue the work for the next three years (the maximum of time any NGO can get).
