Center for Counseling and Support for Parents and Children - Single Parent Families

PROGRAM PURPOSE
Getting out of the crisis situation of family life and continue on their own, prevent loneliness, depression, isolation, misprint of life, promoting Christian values and moral principles, value to beneficiaries and increase self-esteem, skills ways to make handle stress.

Single mothers.

CRITERIA FOR TAKING
- Insufficient income
- Availability for collaboration and out of crisis
- Mental health
- Average level of education (at least 8 classes)
- At least address floating in Cluj-Napoca
- Sincerity in providing personal data

ASSISTANCE DURATION
Minimum 1 year. If unsolving problems during a year can extend assisting.

THE PLAN OF ACTIVITIES FOR THE YEAR 2011

1. Develop materials for emotional support group - in January - as identified emotional and educational needs will make a guide for emotional support group. Within this group will address themes to help the women.

2. Selection of volunteers - volunteers in January which is contact activated so far in the project and potential volunteers will be informed of services provided by CCSPC and existing needs can be covered by their services will be informed of the skills required to be selected, will be given responsibilities they have, will end a voluntary agreement that will present their rights and duties, duration and frequency of collaboration, will be informed of the date on which are expected to begin work.

3. Incheirea an cooperation agreement with recipients in January - will conclude a cooperation contract with the customer on a fixed term of one year, which will contain: the offer of help-family support services that come from CCSPC conditions under which it offers these services, sanctions for breaches of contract situations that come off contract, the signatures of both parties.

4. Comprehensive assessment of needs of beneficiaries - in February - for a complex assessment of the beneficiaries will use these tools work: file needs assessment interview.

5. Implementation of individualized intervention - February - social assistance together with the beneficiary will be an intervention plan. Will choose the first priority issues. The parties also will determine the tasks, goals and duration of surgery.

6. Monitoring the evolution / involution of the beneficiary and the degree of motivation to achieve the goals of the intervention plan .- All the three months will be verified through evaluation sheets evolution / involution of the beneficiaries, if goals were met. If you have not been met will check the cases and will propose intervention plan for the next three months.

7. Monitoring and evaluation of assistance and work efficiency provider - quarterly-will check with the questionnaire and interview: the relationship between recipient and provider, to what extent the beneficiary was involved in individualized intervention plan, the strategies used, effective intervention plan

8. Update - social investigation whenever there is need to do is update the information offered in October, months in which beneficiaries were selected.

9. Advise mother - from acquisition to end cooperation .- As part of this activity will be discussed in detail issues (emotional, material, financial, etc..) Facing the family in general, especially my mother, and to provide alternative resources for to cope better with difficulties.

10. Emotional - support group throughout the year .- The group will discuss the theme made into an interactive, considering the need to support single mothers, ensuring sufficient time to express emotions and opinions about the topics addressed or proposed interventions.

11. Social and leisure-There will be celebrations at Easter, Christmas and at day 8 Martie.Se will celebrate birthdays of beneficiaries (mothers especially). There will be meetings for the viewing of films or materials education.

12. Preparing trip - 2-3 times a year to calculate the necessary budget will be looking cottage, will be the menu, it will seek to ensure transport, will prepare the program and will train volunteers who will help

13. Three days-trip 2-3 times a year-Within these outputs will organize educational, self-awareness, recreation and relaxation.

14. Evaluation trip - immediately after the trip .- It will assess the activities of the tour program, training staff and volunteers, will make suggestions and proposals for organization of future tours. Asistatilor assessment, volunteers and organizers.

15. After each activity-monitoring volunteers will assess the work of volunteers.

16. Initial assessment of potential beneficiaries - September Social workers will meet in this period with those who seek help and will make an initial assessment which will retrieve information on: personal data, current life situation, relationship with the judiciary, state health and other programs for the provision of Social Services that are or have been previously included, call for help and motivation, psychological and social needs.

17. Making social investigation and selection of family-October - The team of social workers will go to the home applicants to achieve social surveys then will examine each situation according to the criteria for selecting the program. Will choose the recipients.

18. Plan activities in CCSPC - November-December-will plan activities for new users and current beneficiaries of the project.

19. Adjustment and improvement necessary working tools: social surveys, questionnaires, file needs assessment - November-December-assessment tools used in work to assist beneficiaries, changing aspects that require adjustments to improve them.
