The month of July began with the meeting we have each month to mothers in the support group. This month the topic discussed was communication with the child. This is an aspect so important in our lives and in the lives of children has a big impact, so it's important what we speak with children, as well as how we talk with them.
In August, monthly meetings with the mothers did not take place because it was a month when Herald’s staff was on vacation.
Since September we resumed monthly meetings, the topic being discussed this time was manifestation of love towards children. Each mother was able to share ways to express their love for their children and ways in which they observed their children express their love for them. Mothers were helped to understand better wich is the preferred language for their children, emphasized how important it is for a child to know he is loved unconditionally and were encouraged to continue to express the love they have.
During this period took place also individual meetings with mothers who needed to talk to someone, to receive support and guidance.
Also in September we organized a three-day output in the village Belis for mothers and their children. There was a time where everyone could enjoy the surroundings, hiking, discussions, games and activities prepared for both mothers and children.
In July, the mothers received clothes donation. Also, both mothers and children received gift boxes in July and September. Another great one girl made for mothers is to provide necessary financial support for eyeglasses.
We started work on planning for 2012 and will be taken beneficiary in the next period.
